Don’t Just Take It From Us…

Read below how much our staff family loves working at LEEC:

Now, I can also talk about being an employee and part of LEEC’s team. I am a lead teacher for 6 years and I love LEEC because of its values and organization. The amount of training and schooling we go through is huge. We have to follow strict rules since we do work with children and we are so responsible for their security, well-being, and education. LEEC provided also a scholarship together with PACCA to help me to go back to school and further my schooling. My love and appreciation for the Staff and directors and CEO is tremendous and I cannot be happier to be part of this team.

The LEEC teachers are great. Every day when I drop off my daughter, her teacher meets us with a smile and a positive attitude. She treats them all equally and makes them feel loved. She’s the kind of teacher that treats the kids like her own. I appreciate that my child is with someone who cares.”

Let me start by saying out of all of the early education centers I’ve worked at in Lancaster (Which has been 3), Lancaster Early Education Center has hands down been the most organized and well-structured place thus far! Staff and parents are held to a standard which helps everything run smoother for the children. As a staff member and parent I have had great experiences for myself and children for almost 6yrs now. I have personally learned from and worked beside the best team in this field and my children are taught by the same team who love what we do!

This company is a great place to work. I feel that they really appreciate and value their employees and support them in their efforts to be great teachers. They give them the tools needed to do a good job and encourage original thoughts and ideas on how to be successful in their endeavors. If you want to be valued and appreciated at your job, come to LEEC to work. It’s not just a company, we are a family. TEAM – together everyone achieves more! ☺️

“There’s a lot of good things I could say about this center. After working here for a few months I decided to enroll my daughter. Nine almost ten years later, I still work here and now I’ve had two children from birth to Pre-K go through the program and off to elementary school. Now my son who is two years old will experience the same care, love, and education as his sisters. This center is nothing but incredible.”

Jslena Robertson

Staff member and Parent of a child who attended LEEC

“If you’re looking to enroll your child or children, Lancaster Early Education Center is the place to do just that! Some of the nicest, kindest, and generous co-corkers and employers I’ve ever worked with, and glad to be part of such an amazing team!

Having worked at LEEC for 15 years I have worked with many different staff. The team that we now have in place is made up of some of the most dedicated, loving, and conscientious people I have ever worked with. Children are treated with respect, love, and kindness and the new building is a state of the art, comfortable, and clean!
