Fun Working at Lancaster Early Education Center

We put a lot of effort toward making sure Lancaster Early Education Center is a great place to work for everyone on our staff. Having fun at work is part of making our work environment the great place that it is. And it is no secret that working at Lancaster Early Education Center is fun!

This Spring we took our staff on an annual retreat to pour into our employees. The event was not just for renewal and connection it was fun! Staff members were surprised to learn one of their team-building exercises was to learn a TikTok dance! LEEC CEO Nina Morange said of the event:

“I strongly believe in the value of team building. Last weekend was our annual staff retreat. Our staff did not know any details about the event. Their biggest surprise came when they walked into a conference room and found out that we were going to learn a TikTok dance! A big thank you to Elijah & all of the MDC dancers for their patience and kindness. Check out our video…”

The event was a blast. It displayed our fun spirit and how much we value not just getting a job done, but loving every day as a part of Lancaster Early Education Center staff.

As we wrote about previously, Lancaster Early Education Center was honored to be awarded  Overall Winner in Lancaster, PA’s Best Places to Work by LNP in 2021! We are grateful for all of our associates and the high caliber of personality and care they bring to our children and their families day in and day out.
